Blondie crossed over Rainbow Bridge
on Friday, January 18, 2008.
Blondie was 7 years old when she was
rescued by ALGBR. She was a neglected stray who had some medical
issues when she arrived.
She was very happy and content in her foster home. She was so sweet and
loved to give soft kisses. Her hair was a beautiful white color and soft as
silk. Blondie loved to sleep on her foster mom's couch. She enjoyed being
a couch potato with her foster mom and one of her foster sisters. Blondie
always wanted to be with her foster mom and would let everyone know it.
During her last month, she had three foster sisters and one foster brother.
Blondie got to know what it was like to be part of a huge family and to be
loved for a time.
A week before Blondie's passing, she was diagnosed with a very nasty
and aggressive form of cancer that caused her to have seizures. Although
her time on earth was short, she left an impression on everyone she met.
Blondie will be missed.
