Beau 2

Hello ….I am Beau I have been waiting since August 2009 to be adopted.
All of the other ALGBR dogs were adopted by New Years Eve but I am still
waiting. Now, I know I am an older lady but you need to remember that is a
really good thing. My foster mom calls me Beau girl, Iam about 9 years old.
I came to ALGBR from the Humane Society so my exact age ix not known. I
am housebroken and will knock on the door when I need to go out. I like
kids and would do fine with the really little ones because Iam not as crazy
as a younger lab so I wouldn’t knock them down. I am also great with other
dog and cats. I like to lounge in the pool on the top step when the weather
is nice and I’ll play with the hose. I have little arthritis and sometimes it
flairs up. I like to sleep on the sofa if you will let me. My foster mom says
“once you meet me you won’t be able to go home without me”. So hurry
up and call your HV person and come and meet me because it is time for
me to find my forever home. You won’t be sorry.
Please consider adopting older dogs. They still have a lot of love to give.
These two girls need to be adopted together because they have a very
strong bond. Because they have been with us for so long we are reducing
their adoption fee to $400 for the pair. They have received a substantial
amount of medical treatment and are now, to the best of our knowledge, in
top health. They are on heart worm prevention medication and Beau is on
arthritis medication. ALGBR will provide a 3 month supply of both to their
adopter.
Please visit our Adoption page to learn
about what to expect during ALGBR's
adoption process.
A moment to rescue…. A lifetime of
love
