Clyde
Hi all, Clyde here.  I an 18 month old
yellow boy and have settled into my
foster home.  At first I didn't know
what was going on and I was pretty
about everything.  I figured this was
just another stopover.  Then my Foster Mom said that I was safe.  ALGBR
discovered that I have Valley Fever, and have me on medicine that should
help me out.  It is pretty cool at my foster home.  I am finally starting to eat
and get comfortable.  I am finally getting my foster sister to play with me.
Foster Mom says she is a golden retriever.  I don't know what that is,
except I know she is about my size and too serious for her own good.  She
was giving me the stink-eye for the longest time and now she thinks I am
AOK.  I think it is because I like to run and she likes to run and I am really,
really fast, so fast that she can't catch me.

My foster mom says that I am one of the best foster dogs she's ever had.  I don't know
what that means.  Of course I am the best!  I can play with the best of them and also I am
quite adept at lounging around and just hanging out.  I love toys and bones, and oh boy
are there plenty of those around here!  I used to cry and howl and whine when Foster
Mom left, but know I know she is coming back and I will have a nice soft bed to sleep in
until she does, so I am cool with that.  I am housebroken (whatever that means, I don't
feel broken) and so good in the house. I don't get into any trouble and I like the kitties too.
There are a couple kitties that like to rub up against me and wind around my legs and rub
their faces on me.  What's up with that?  That is my trick.  I love to rub my whole body on
chairs and couches and people.  AHHH, it feels so good!

I am a lover boy and that I need to find a home that will let me cuddle.  I love to sit on the
couch with you and also I love to cuddle up with you in bed, if you let me.  At first I
hogged the whole bed and made my Foster Mom sleep on a tiny little edge, but now I let
her get in first and get settled and then she'll invite me up so I can get comfortable in my
own spot.  I don't toss and turn and have bad dreams like I used to.

Gotta go, it's time to lead the goldie on a merry chase!!

Yur buddy, Clyde
