Hank
Meet Hank the Swiss Mountain Dog! Hank is
VERY large, at a healthy weight of 110 pounds
standing very tall. Hank is very sweet and has
a more shy personality, but becomes very
attached to the ladies! He is three years old with
a medium temperament (on the Labrador scale
medium/medium-low). Hank has a beautiful soft
coat and loves to be touched. He is good with
older children. Hank gets along with small and
large dogs alike and even gets along with cats.
He is doing really well at his foster home, he
has yet to have any accidents or chew up
anything. He is happiest when told he’s “a good
boy” and constant strokes are a little piece of heaven for Hank. One thing
that you’ll need to know is he is not a Labrador! He hates the water, and
therefore does not like baths…though he’s very clean at the moment. He
also does not like the whole fetching thing; he thinks if you want to throw
the toy, you can go get it…those Labradors are just weird sometimes! J At
night Hank love to sleep with you on a dog bed and will happily greet you in
the morning with tail wags and kisses.
