Java
Java is a 6 year old Chocolate Male who has
had a rough start in life. He is a great dog
who just wants to please his people and get
love and understanding in return. He
yearns to be part of a family who will allow
him to love you and be with you and not left
alone and outside. He is housebroken and
absolutely loves to go for walks and does
very well on a leash. He is gentle and loves
to be petted.
He came to ALGBR very skinny but has a very
hearty appetite and will look great after getting regular meals. He rides
very well in the car, laying down and sleeping most of the way. At night
he goes in his kennel with a little guidance and the rewards of a treat
inside and sleeps thru the night without too much of a fuss. He ignores
cats but wants to be the only dog receiving everyone's full attention,
love and hugs. He also knows some commands like sit and stay. If
