Marley
Hi my name is Marley, I am 1 year old and a really sweet girl. I
came to ALGBR with my friend Zoe and I would really like to
stay with her. She is 2 years old and my big sister. I am a
friendly little (only 40lbs) lab, my foster mom picks me up and
I hug her as long as she will let me. I really like to play with
other dogs but I will also lay down and sleep in the house if no
one will play with me.
I came to ALGBR as an outside dog but I am house trained
and am a good girl in the house. I do not chew anything and
have not had an accident. My foster mom also set up a crate
for me to sleep in while they are out of the house and at night.
I had never been in a crate but it only took one night to get the
hang of it, now I like it. We have five dogs at home now so I
eat my breakfast and dinner in there and that is where I hang
out when my foster family leaves the house. Sometimes
when everyone is hanging out in the house I just go in there
to sleep. My bed is there and it is cozy! I also know how to sit
and stay and I am a very fast learner. I am a little shy with new
people but get over it quite quickly, men are a little scary if
they are loud but I adjust well.
I have a lot of love to give my forever family, I just hope I find
them soon. I would really love to find a home for Zoe and I
together but I would be willing to try a family with another
dog. As long as I have a friend I will be a very happy girl.
Zoe
Hi my name is Zoe, I am 2 years old and I came to ALGBR with
my friend Marley. She is like my little sister and we have a
great time playing. I am a very sweet friendly lab, I am on the
smaller side(60lbs) and I enjoy other dogs but I also like to
just hang out with people. I know how to sit, stay and I know
"off" that means to get off the bed or couch when my foster
mom does not want me on those things.
I used to be an outside dog but my foster mom has turned me
into a inside dog overnight. Really it was easy because I am a
smart dog and like to please people. I like being in the house
and I am respectful of everything. I am house trained and I
also learned to use a crate in 1 night! It is really nice in my
crate and I stay there when my foster mom leaves the house
too, it is great. I have my bed and I can not get into anything
that I shouldn't. Sometimes when we are all watching TV or
my foster mom is doing things in the house I go in there to
sleep too.
I am a happy girl that just wants a forever home with people
to love me and for me to love back. I would love a home with
my friend Marley, we get along so well and keep each other
company. If we have to be split up I understand and will be
happy with a person that wants to love me LOTS.
