Hi. My name is Skippie. I’m a 1 year old black girl with just a mix of something else. Some people say that mixes are better than purebreds!!! I guess you’ll just have to adopt me so I can show you just how true that is. I just missed a brush with disaster. A kind ALGBR volunteer took me out of the pound just hours before I was going to euthanized. I have been given a second chance and would love to have someone to experience life with. I was found as a stray, so I haven’t had a lot of luck recently. I’m an active, athletic girl that would love to spend with another athletic person or active family. Like most rescues, I will need some training, but will learn quickly. I have been hanging around with Dozer lately and love having another dog around. I may be a little rambunctious with small children, only until someone spends some time teaching me how to be a good family member. If you are interested in meeting me, just let your home visit volunteer know!!
