Tasha passed away early morning August 22. She
had gone into surgery for her spay, came through
the surgery and later in the evening suffered
multiple organ failure. Our vet was at her side.
Because of donations for her health care and her
Foster Mom’s loving care, Tasha finally knew that
humans can be kind.
Tasha came to us as a neglected stray with a
swollen face and a series of medical problems.
Even though she had to be in pain due to neglected
health issues (tooth abscess, raw skin from
allergies, poor diet, heart worms, enlarged spleen,
etc), Tasha was the sweetest girl, ready to give kisses and hugs to everyone.
The past few months, Tasha was a part of a family, living with a foster family that
loved her and cared for her. Tasha really loved her 4 legged sibling and
particularly enjoyed playing with her. Tasha was loving and loyal and made her
foster family smile every day. Everyone that met her loved her. She will not be
forgotten.
A moment to rescue…. A lifetime of love
