Mr. Woody
Hi! My name is Mr. Woody. I am
4 years old and I am looking
for a great family to love!
I am quite large, and currently
working on shedding some pounds (lost 10 pound so far!!!) My foster family
has been taking me on lots of walks and trips to the dog park so I can learn to
be an active boy again! Already, I am feeling so good and I have accomplished
so much! Just days ago, I couldn’t run at all and now I have started to chase a
ball again! My tail rarely stops wagging, because I am just so happy to be me!
I like to gather toys and love to get two tennis balls in my mouth at once!
Everyone thinks it’s a neat trick. I love water, both for drinking and playing in!
When I am done playing, I love just laying around the house and relaxing.
Even after my extra weight comes off, I will still be a big boy! My face and paws
are huge! I am one of those “Gentle Giants” that loves everyone, both furry
and not! I am very loyal and trustworthy with kids of all ages. I like to greet
everyone at the dog-park and they all love me!
I am well rounded, housetrained, crate trained and know basic obedience. I
am easy to walk on a leash, because I am just happy to be by your side. I am
the type of guy that will add delight to your family and I have a ton of love to
give. I am just waiting to hear from you so we can make a happy ending
together!

Update: Woody had a blast at the flooded dog
park today. He is now running everywhere and
trying to get to the ball before the other dogs.
