Actually, meet Ellie May2! Her name got us all singing the theme
song from The Beverly Hillbillies, and I began to wonder if our Ellie
May has anything in common with the TV version:
Beautiful blonde? Check! Our Ellie May has a beautiful golden-
colored coat, a dark brown nose, and the prettiest eyes you've ever
seen.
Spunky personality? Check! Our Ellie has a bouncy, happy, and fun
personality. She a total lover, and is in heaven hanging out with the
family receiving all the love, scratches, and belly rubs we can give
her. She loves to play ball, and will even toss her ball for herself if
you're too busy to play. She greets everyone with loads of
enthusiasm and lots of tail wagging.
Animal lover? Check! Our Ellie is getting along fine with the other
dogs in our home. She is used to being around little dogs, but is
doing just fine with our big guys.
Kind and loving? Check! Ellie's total purpose in life is to give and
receive love. She is in heaven hanging out with the family receiving
all the love, scratches, and belly rubs we can give her.
Sporting those tight size 0 jeans? Well, not yet. Our Ellie May is a bit
overweight. She's been dining on too many vittles and not getting
enough exercise! With the proper diet and some daily walks, Miss
Ellie will be slim and trim in no time.
Our Ellie May is a great all-around family dog. At four years old, she's
past all the puppy naughtiness but still has plenty of energy. She's
housebroken and completely trustworthy in the home. If you'd like to
