Hi, I'm Jack and I'm a nine month old male Lab/Great Dane. I'm up to
date on all my shots, neutered, micro chipped, housebroken and I
love to play with other dogs and kids. My foster mom says that I
should probably go to a home with older children or children who
have been around large dogs since I currently weigh about 62
pounds and may knock over little ones. Geez, mom...I can't help it if
I'm a fun-lovin' guy!
I haven't met anyone I didn't want to lick and be best buds with. I
really like people and I don't shy away from an opportunity to be
loved on. I've got this great lab personality with a very gentle Dane
demeanor, so when I see you I may get excited, but I'll calm down
very quickly. My foster brother and sisters are a bit older than me and
I'm learning lots of great stuff. I can sit on command and wait
patiently for my food. They all look at me funny though when I stick
my entire mouth and nose into the water bowl and drink. You would
think a bunch of labs would understand! Anyway, I'm really getting
the whole manners thing because I'm a really smart dog and pick up
things quickly.
I really like it here at my foster mom's house, but I would rather find a
family of my own to love me forever. So if you want to meet me let
your home visit coordinator know. Be prepared though because if
you meet me, you just might fall in love. I'm that special of a guy!
