The third and final week of ALGBR'S program at Roadrunner ES was a very busy one. As a reward for jobs well done, the students all enjoyed their Happy Meals while their teacher read each of their great dog stories to us, they were all awesome!
Last but not least, the class was introduced to "Little Miss Ellie" one of ALGBR'S other rescues. Ellie made all the kids laugh with her silly puppy walk. She received a lot of kisses, pets and hugs.
ALGBR would like to thank the Principal of Roadrunner Elementary School for allowing us on her campus to conduct our program. We would also like to thank the wonderful teacher and the great classroom aide who helped us every step of the way.
ALGBR extends a big THANK YOU to the entire third and fourth grade class for doing such a great job on their stories, naming the puppies, creating the artwork, listening politely while learning about safety around dogs and being such a pleasure to share our puppies with.
It was our pleasure to meet all of you,
Dorothy, Mr. Maxwell, Jewell, Miss Ellie and Kathy
